Terms and conditions

• Bookings are for a minimum of one week during the main holiday season (Easter until late October) except by arrangement.
• Bookings are for a minimum of 4 days during the winter (except by arrangement).
• The changeover date is Friday during the main holiday season. In the winter months we can be more flexible.
• Check in time is at 4.00pm on the day of arrival. It may be possible to check in earlier by arrangement.
• Check out time is 10.00 on the day of departure.
• Bookings are made entirely and exclusively with the owner. A booking of the agreed days/week is secured by a deposit of £100. The balance becomes due two weeks before the holiday is due to commence. The booking is not firm until the £100 deposit has been received and an email of confirmation has been sent. In the event of a late cancellation (less than two weeks before the start date of the holiday) the £100 deposit becomes forfeit.
